CELEBRATING 15 YEARS OF GOD’S GRACE💃🏽🎉💃🏽
I can confidently say that after giving my life to Jesus (which is the best decision I ever made in my life😁), my 2nd best decision in life is marrying the amazing son of Jehovah called Olumide Iyun @olumideiyun. It was a decision I made 15 years ago & as we celebrated our Crystal Anniversary yesterday, both of us just kept saying ‘thank you Jesus!’ throughout the day.
We would be lying if we said we’ve never had issues in our marriage. It is the Lord who helped us through them all & by His grace we’re now wiser & better people and our marriage is stronger than when we first began.
It seems just like yesterday that we began our journey as husband & wife but it’s actually been a decade & a half!!! In those years, we’ve argued, made up, agreed to disagree, cried & comforted each other through 2 miscarriages, rejoiced at the births of our 2 children, endured lack, enjoyed in times of plenty, laughed, comforted each other, encouraged each other, gone before Father together, reported each other to Father… in short, we’ve been experiencing life together. And I will gladly experience life a thousand times with you, my darling!
A question crossed my mind yesterday. If I were to be left on a deserted island with only one person who would it be? I would want it to be you, Olumide. You, Me & God make up Team ItunuMide😎 & to really have a good time, all we need is each other😍😍😍.
Thank you for being you. I’m grateful for the privilege of being your wife, co-laborer & helpmeet – a position I plan to occupy for many more decades to come until we see our Lord face to face in Jesus name. Amen. I love you now & always Olumide. Our children love, honor & cherish you. 15 down, forever to go Baby!💖😍❤️😍💖
